Healthcare Transformation & Clinical Business Analyst: I am a healthcare
analyst qualified in Biomedical Sciences with over 20 years’ experience
within the healthcare IT and Medical Devices field including Medical
Devices integration/connectivity. My contribution as a General Executive
member of the UK Space Labs organization therefore lies within this
sphere of specialization. I have recently gained more exposure to the
‘Space Industry’ Internationally by being chosen as the
team lead for the ‘Human Factors Analogue Work groups’ of
both the Moon Village Association-Mars Desert research Station and
the SGAC led Digital Mars Analogue Simulation projects for which I contribute
to on a regular basis via creation and collation of scenarios. |

August 2014 – Present Guy’s and St. Thomas NHS Foundation Trust-London Lead daily operations for projects-developing business case-gathering requirements-and mapping process for new system implementation. Lead Medical Devices Digitalisation Services Team and ensure compliance with standards-quality-and direction of work. Forge and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders. Map existing business models and document functional and non-functional requirements. Manage the design-as required-and implement improved-clinically effective-digital solutions that support patient care-meet national targets and initiatives-and are aligned to business processes. Manage projects on time and in an efficient manner to meet requirements and budgetary constraints. Key Projects include: • CogStack machine learning based project: Deployed a low cost structured and unstructured information retrieval and extraction architecture-termed "CogStack.” CogStack is a data retrieval and extraction facility to search "structured" and "unstructured" data for identification and recruitment of patients into Research clinical trials-including the 100k Genomics England Project-the Winner of the Clinical Information News ‘European Innovation Award’ – Barcelona SCOPE conference-2019. • Online Diagnostic
Ambulance project: Utilize on-line POCT devices within an Ambulance
or ‘Single responder’ setting prior to entry to the hospital
in order to assist front line staff with faster decision making-reduce
congestion-and improve patient waiting times in A&E department.
It also can contribute to treating and discharging in the community-thereby reducing caseload in Emergency Departments. |
